Stock availability
We do our very best to ensure the products listed on our website are in stock so we can ship them to you straight away. Unfortunately, as our products are organic and therefore often seasonal, produced by artisan producers and in small batches this isn’t always the case. In the circumstance where a product is not in stock, we appreciate your understanding. We can also let you know when it is available if you click on the 'Notify Me When Back In Stock' button on the product page.

Cancelling or changing my order
Once you place an order, you can log into your account by clicking on "My Account" and checking the status of your order. If you order has not been processed, you can cancel your order and obtain a refund. If however we have already processed your order, we unfortunately cannot cancel it. If this is the case, please call our office to see what we can arrange.
In order to change an order after you have placed it, you must first cancel your order and then place a new one. Alternatively, please call our office during business hours and we will do our best to help you.

Order confirmations & order status
Once your order has been placed, you can find your "Order Status" by logging into "My Account" in the top right hand corner of the screen. Your order status will be listed as "Order Received". You will also be sent a confirmation email once we have received your order.
Once we have processed your order and sent it out, your order status will change to "Order Shipped" which means your goodies are on their way out to you. You will also receive email updates letting you know your order status has changed.

When will I be charged?
Once you have clicked on the “Confirm & Process Order” button at the completion of your order, your credit card will be charged using our secure online payment gateway. The total amount charged should be exactly the same as the amount displayed when you place your order.

Is shopping online bad for the environment?
Many studies have been done in recent times showing the benefits of online shopping. In particular, these reports have shown how online shopping does in fact use less carbon dioxide than traditional retail shopping. How you ask?
With online shopping products have been found to make less stops across the supply chain. For example, in the traditional retail model, a product will most likely travel from the manufacturer to a warehouse to the retail store and then to you, the consumer. With online shopping a product will likely go straight from the manufacturer to a warehouse and then to you thus reducing stops and carbon emissions.
Buying online has also been shown to produce less carbon emissions as most people tend to drive to and from stores in cars. Online shopping is more efficient as one delivery truck, rather than many cars, will carry many orders and deliver to many customers in a certain area.
Finally, at Wholesome Hub we use environmentally responsible packaging wherever possible including biodegradable bubble wrap to protect your goodies. This means that the impact of any extra packaging required is negated by using environmentally friendly options.
