This page contains our full User Agreement. Please read carefully and you may wish to print this page up for your reference. By using or submitting an order and any subsequent orders on the Wholesome Hub web site you are agreeing to the terms that appear below.
Your email address is essential in the order process and for us to be able to supply you with important information such as Order Confirmations and changes to the service. By registering with Wholesome Hub, you accept that your email address may be used to supply you with such information.

1. Terms of use of this site
1a. Your rights
Wholesome Hub grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, right to access, use and display this website (the “Site”) and the materials provided hereon, provided that you comply fully with this Agreement. The contents of the Site are only for your personal use and non-commercial use. You agree not to interrupt, or attempt to interrupt, the operation of the Site in any way.
1b. Your password
As part of the registration process, you will select a password. If your access is set up by Wholesome Hub Customer Service you must immediately change the generic password used for that purpose. We would appreciate it if you didn’t share your password with others.
1c. Termination
In addition to any other rights of the parties set forth herein, either you or Wholesome Hub may cancel or terminate this Agreement at any time – see Section 3 below regarding refunds. If we find that you are not using the service properly Wholesome Hub also reserves the right to restrict, suspend or terminate your access and use of the Site in whole or in part, without notice and if necessary, take legal action.
1d. Privacy
We are committed to the protection of your privacy and we abide by Australia’s National Privacy Principles (as amended and revised). See www.privacy.gov.au for details of the principles. We never sell, publish or disseminate mailing lists to third parties. See our Privacy Policy or contact us at the address below and we will send you a copy.
1e. Use of Wholesome Hub materials policy
If you wish to reproduce or use beyond personal use any of the Wholesome Hub™, online tools, reports, articles, materials, photos, graphics, publications, books, products or equivalent materials including trade marks (“the materials”), in whole or part, you must obtain our written permission before doing so. Failure to seek permission will be dealt with severely and use without written permission is forbidden.

2. Terms of use relating to user comments
The following terms relate to comments by website users which are submitted to the Wholesome Hub website. Wholesome Hub does not agree or disagree with comments and opinions published by others. Wholesome Hub provides a forum and / or Blog that allows users to express their concerns with food and the way it is produced.
Please consider others when making contributions to our site.
2a. Contributions
You are solely responsible for the content of any contributions you make to the site. All such contributions are public, unless otherwise indicated. You must not include content which may:
- Be for commercial purposes.
- Be indecent or abusive.
- Be false or misleading, including the impersonation of other people.
- Slander, libel or defame any person or entity.
- Cause injury of any kind.
- Infringe or violate the intellectual property rights, contract rights, or any other rights of any third party.
- Violate any applicable laws, rules, or regulations.
- Contain software viruses or any other malicious code.
You acknowledge and agree that, unless otherwise indicated, any communications made to or by means of any portion of the site are public.
You acknowledge that you have no expectation of privacy in any public communication you make to the site.
You grant to Wholesome Hub a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, unrestricted, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, copy, license, distribute, display, reproduce, transmit, modify, edit and otherwise exploit any public communication you make with the site in all media now known or later developed.

2b. Complaints about user comments
As Wholesome Hub does not have the resources to review or vet contributors' comments it does not control or vet any of the content of these comments. It takes no responsibility for, nor endorses or necessarily agrees with, the contributions of members of the public. If you believe any comment is inappropriate or unsuitable, please contact Wholesome Hub on hello@wholesomehub.net.au and provide the following details:
- Why you consider the material to be inappropriate; and

Wholesome Hub takes all complaints it receives seriously. On receipt of any complaint we will remove the relevant material temporarily while it is reviewed and then remove it permanently if appropriate. While we aim to act on any complaint within five business days of receipt, we cannot guarantee that we will read your complaint (or act on it) within any specific time period.
We will not act on any complaint which is vexatious, or which appears to be so. If you do not include your name and contact details in the complaint we may treat the complaint as vexatious.
2c. Wholesome Hub contribution
Wholesome Hub staff may respond to queries or comments. Such participation is not approval, agreement or endorsement of the views of the poster, nor is it indicative of systematic review of that or any other forum by Wholesome Hub.
2d. Removal of material
We may remove any material from the site at any time without cause and without notice to any person. The removal of material is not an admission that the material is inappropriate nor is it an admission of liability by Wholesome Hub.
As a guide, where Wholesome Hub has received a complaint about material, it reserves an independent right to either retain or remove the said material. Wholesome Hub may remove material if Wholesome Hub considered it to be;
- is for a commercial purpose.
- is indecent or abusive.
- is false or misleading.
- is slanderous, libellous or defamatory.
- is likely to cause injury of any kind.
- violates any rights of any person.
- violates any applicable laws, rules, or regulations.

3. Terms and conditions of sale
3a. Contract of sale
This web site is operated by Wholesome Hub ("we", "us" or "our"). By using the wholesomehub.net.au website you are bound by these terms and conditions. All use and purchases made on this website are governed by these Terms and Conditions at any time. If you use or order goods after we have published any changes you will be bound by those changes. Accordingly, you should check prior to each or use order to ensure that you understand the precise terms and conditions applicable to your site visit or purchase. To assist you in determining whether the Terms and Conditions have changed since your most recent order we will display the date and time when these Terms and Conditions were most recently updated.
We will confirm acceptance of your order by a message on our website immediately after you have placed your order or by sending you an email to the email address you have provided to us. At this point the purchase contract will be made and we will supply the goods to you in accordance with your order and these Terms and Conditions.
3b. Pricing and delivery charges
All prices are stated in Australian dollars and where applicable include GST.
The price of goods will be as quoted on the website at the time you confirm your order subject only to any inadvertent technical error for which Wholesome Hub will not be liable. If you subsequently amend your order to add items, the prices charged will be those applicable to the new item(s) at the time that the amended order is confirmed.
Discounted products are not valid with other offer/s. Multiple promotion codes cannot be used for any one order.

For remote destinations an order you make may include a delivery charge. If your order is subject to a delivery charge, it will be shown to you as a separate charge on the delivery confirmation page before you confirm your order. Any delivery charge added to your order will be dependent upon, amongst other things, the value of your order and your delivery address and charges may vary depending on the carrier.
3c. Methods of payment
Payment may be made by Credit Dard, PayPal, After Pay and Direct Deposit. On occasion we may issue vouchers or "money off" coupons, loyalty points which will be accepted towards payment of an order. You cannot pay for your order by cash or cheque.
The credit cards and payment products accepted by us are those listed on the web site on the date on which your order is placed.
Authority for payment will be requested from your card issuer at the time of your order. We 'debit' your card with the full price of your order on receipt of your order. We reserve the right to terminate our agreement with you if we are refused authority for payment or reasonably believe that payment will be refused at any stage.
3d. Delivery
We will deliver your order to the address specified by you during the order process on our website. You have the ability to change this address with each order through the website. We reserve the right to restrict deliveries in certain areas including the right to eliminate certain areas from our delivery schedule altogether. We reserve the right not to offer delivery to Post Office Boxes where free delivery is offered.
Products are subject to availability. We may limit the quantities of goods (particularly goods on special offer) supplied to any one customer if in our opinion the quantity ordered jeopardises availability for other customers.
If delivering to a physical address it is your responsibility to ensure that an appropriate person is available at the delivery address as they may be required to sign for goods. In the event that you instruct us to leave a delivery unattended at your address we expressly disclaim all liability which may arise by virtue of the delivery being left unattended for a period of time. This includes but is not limited to theft, tampering, contamination and the result of any change in temperature.
3e. Cancellation, refunds and returns
Unless otherwise notified to you in the confirmation email it may not be possible to amend your order after it has placed.
However to cancel your order immediately after it has been placed you will need to contact our office before your order has been processed. Please contact our office either by phone or email by return email that you received confirmation of your order from marked as Cancellation and urgent. If you cancel your order after it has been dispatched we can not refund the cost of postage and reserve the right to debit the charge of the cost of postage from your refund if your order did not have a freight charge as we do incur freight costs.
For products sold through Wholesome Hub's online store you may return any damaged product within 30 days for a prompt refund of its purchase price. Shipping costs will only be refunded if the problem is a direct error by Wholesome Hub. Please make sure that you include the original packing slip with the product and that it is securely wrapped. Unfortunately we may not be able to offer refunds due to a change of mind for products on special or with low Best Before Dates. In most cases, please notify our office for a returns slip and return the product within 14 days at the returnee's cost. We reserve the right not to process the refund if the product is returned damaged or not in a perfect condition for resale. Please contact our office for further details.
3f. Warranty and liability
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions will restrict our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence, breach of contract or breach of statutory duty, nor will any of these terms restrict any of your statutory rights.
Furthermore, we will not be deemed to be in breach of contract or of these Terms and Conditions as a result of any delay in our performance or failure to perform our obligations if that delay or failure to perform is due to any cause or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, but not limited to, fire, flood and other acts of God, strikes, riot, accident, disruption to energy supplies, civil commotion, acts of terrorism or war, breakdown of equipment, road traffic problems.
Our maximum liability arising out of any order for the supply of goods to you under this contract will be limited to the retail price of the goods contained in that order.

Wholesome Hub does not belong to any independent dispute resolution programs. If you feel your complaint has not been handled adequately by us you should refer to your home state or territory department of consumer affairs.
3h. Delivery
Online orders will be despatched via Australia Post or using Wholesome Hub's chosen courier service on the same day for orders received by 11:00am or next day dispatch. On the rare occassion it may take up to 48 hrs for your order to be dispatched. We will notify you by email of the shipping date if a product you purchased has sold out and let you know the expected shipping date you can then choose to cancel if you wish.
3i. Privacy and security
We respect your privacy. All personal details, including credit card information, submitted through this site pass through our secure server, which offers 128-bit encryption. We do not sell, rent or transfer this information to third parties for their marketing purposes. Please read our full Privacy Policy for further information.
3j. General
If any of these Terms and Conditions is held by any court of competent authority to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, this will not affect the validity of the remaining Terms and Conditions which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
While every care has been taken to ensure the product information shown on the website is correct, food products are constantly being reformulated and nutrition content may change. We would therefore recommend that you do not rely solely on this information and always check products labels.
All product images used on our web site are only representative of goods on offer. Actual goods may not be exactly the same size, design or packaging. In the event that you are not happy with any goods received, you have the right to return the goods in good condition to us within 14 days and receive a full refund of the purchase price paid.
Where further dietary information is important to you, for example because you have an allergy or specific dietary requirement, you should contact Wholesome Hub or the manufacturer to be sure it matches your requirements.
Although product information is regularly updated, Wholesome Hub are unable to accept liability for any incorrect information.
